Harley-Davidson, the renowned motorcycle brand, has introduced a new program called H-D™ Membership, which aims to bring motorcycle riders and fans of moto-culture together in a united community. This initiative builds upon the success of the Harley Owners Group, a factory-sponsored motorcycle club that boasts a membership of over 500,000 riders worldwide.

H-D Membership offers a personalized experience through a dedicated mobile app, providing social features, riding benefits, and exclusive access to the Harley-Davidson brand. The program serves as a hub for moto-culture, inspiring both riders and non-riders alike.

Jochen Zeitz, the Chairman, President, and CEO of Harley-Davidson, emphasized the significance of community engagement and the modern tools that H-D Membership utilises to connect riders, offer new benefits, and create unique experiences. The goal is to make every member's interaction with the brand as personalized as possible.

The H-D Membership program presents various benefits to enhance the moto-culture community experience:

1. New app experience: The redesigned H-D® app, available exclusively to members, facilitates connections and engagement within the community. It offers digital and social tools for sharing experiences, learning from others, and planning rides. Member profiles, groups, and other features make the app an exciting addition to enrich the H-D experience on and off the road.

2. Unique and personalized content: H-D Membership grants special access to tailored content based on each member's lifestyle and riding interests. This includes information about new products, membership events, curated H-D content (such as educational riding and moto-culture inspiration), and more.

3. Expanded benefits: H-D Membership provides high-value benefits both on and off the bike. These include roadside assistance, motorcycle service, unique member products, and exclusive collaborations with partners like Hilton®, SiriusXM, AT&T, EagleRider Rentals, the Fuel Rewards® program at Shell, and Tentrr (a motorcycle-friendly camping option).

4. Introduction of loyalty rewards: Members of the H-D Membership program can earn points by purchasing H-D® products from authorized Harley-Davidson® dealerships and H-D.com. Rewards are also available for engaging with the community, such as sharing content, riding together, attending events, and completing challenges. Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardholders can earn additional points and enjoy extra redemption options and benefits.

Participation in the H-D™ Membership program is free, allowing members to customize their experiences, engage with the H-D community, and earn rewards. For those seeking to further enhance their H-D experience, additional options are available. The Access Pass provides exclusive access to brand events, premium content, enhanced rewards, and partner benefits. The Rider Pass offers tools, content, and benefits to enhance the riding experience, including roadside assistance, motorcycle service benefits, and partner perks. Riders who own a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle can also opt to join the Harley Owners Group, which offers extended roadside assistance, inspection benefits, and special rewards for engagement.

H-D Membership aims to create an inclusive and positive moto-culture community by reaching out to both established riders and newcomers to the sport. Whether on or off the bike, the program connects, empowers, and rewards its community, enriching the overall H-D experience. Members can stay updated on special events, such as the upcoming Harley-Davidson® HomecomingTM Festival from July 13 to 16, 2023, by downloading the H-D app.

The H-D Membership program is initially launching in the United States and will subsequently expand to other regions. To learn more about H-D Membership, visit h-d.com/membership.
